Is Grimdark Future Coming to a Store Near You?
Do you run a game store or know one that would want to stock Grimdark Future? Good news! One of the goals of the Grimdark Future: Broken Truth Frontier’s campaign was to make it possible to get a Grimdark Future Starter Set and Expansion Packs onto retail game store shelves. Indeed, many stores have already secured our Retail Pledge that includes a ready made selection of products to jumpstart the game.
We’ve also prepared a catalogue of retail products, such as the Grimdark Future 2 Player Starter Set, Saurian Starhost and Robot Legions Expansions, Dice, Accessories, Terrain Packs and more! Everything a wargamer would need to get started playing and growing their collections.
When Will The Game Be Available at Retail?
Gamefound backers and people who get in early Late Pledges will be the first to receive the new plastic minis and box sets, and that includes Retail Pledges. But stores and distributors that contact us soon will be able to get their orders produced in the same first wave batch in order to have the products on their shelves on the retail launch date next year.
What if I Want My Local Store to Carry Grimdark Future?
We’ve already been working with many different distributors around the world, such as PK Pro (Germany and Europe) and Let's Play Games (Oceania and South East Asia) so your local store may be able to get Grimdark Future products the same way they order their usual games. But we will also make the products available through direct distribution for those that would prefer to do that.
